Very simple application, pull down to the left, spin the opponent round and pull him over backwards.

Description[edit | edit source]
- The sequence begins with the opponent standing facing you, having a grip of your left hand or wrist with his left hand.
- Move to your right, the left of the opponent, yank your left arm downwards to the left to pull him round.
- Step forward and grab the back of his clothing around head height; collar, shoulder, hair etc,
- Simply pull him over backwards to your right.
